  18/10 0400 "M" Battery arrive from Cairo to relieve "J" Battery. Also one troop "D" Bty. arrive to relieve a troop of "D" Bty. at Kilo 11  
         
  19/10   "J" Battery and one troop "D" Battery return to Cairo to reequip with Bofors Guns.  
         
  20/10   One troop "D" Bty. proceeded to Mersa Matruh and come under command of "P" Bty.

  12/11   Lieut.Col, G.St.J.A. DYSON M.C. leaves the regiment on posting to U.K.  
         
  27/11   Draft of 16 N.C.Os and Gunners leave on posting to the U.K. as instructors.
